We want you to love your custom-made home decor, but if your Deny Designs purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please note that since each item is printed on-demand, products must be in their original, unused condition to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Package with Care
Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
